Introduction:

LIENM Automatic Double-Head Paste Filling Machine for Cream & Ointment LM-ZDGT is engineered for semi-automatic filling of viscous materials such as creams, ointments, lotions, and pastes. Equipped with dual piston heads and a 65L stainless steel hopper, it delivers high filling accuracy, stable performance, and ease of operation. Its compact design and pneumatic-driven system make it suitable for use even in flammable environments.




Working Principle:

This Double-Head Paste Filling Machine LM-ZDGT uses a piston metering system powered by compressed air. Material is drawn from the 65L hopper and dispensed through one or two filling nozzles. Filling volume is adjusted using a handwheel screw, and an integrated valve system ensures spring-controlled accuracy. The machine can operate in either manual or automatic mode, adapting to different production scenarios.
