LIENM Automatic Liquid Cream Lotion Filling Capping Labeling Line LM-KXGZ-6T is a fully automatic, high-speed solution for bottling water-like or low-viscosity products. Integrating filling, capping, and labeling into one compact line, it is ideal for daily chemical, cosmetic, and light chemical industries. Built with SUS316L contact parts and magnetic pumps, it ensures hygiene, durability, and outstanding precision—ideal for modern production needs.
Working Principle:
Bottles are manually placed onto the conveyor. The Automatic Liquid Cream Lotion Filling Capping Labeling Plant auto-detects and fills them via magnetic pumps controlled by sensors. Lift-type filling nozzles ensure smooth entry and exit, reducing splashing. After filling, the bottle moves to the capping station where caps are manually pre-placed, then automatically screwed on. Bottles are finally conveyed out, ready for labeling.
