Introduction:

LIENM Cosmetic Cream Tube Filling and Sealing Machine LM-FWJ-B is a highly efficient and automated solution designed to fill and seal cosmetic and pharmaceutical products into plastic or composite tubes. Ideal for small to medium production runs, this machine ensures high precision in filling with minimal waste. The combination of automated tube loading, filling, sealing, and code printing offers an all-in-one solution for cosmetics manufacturers, ensuring a smooth and professional packaging process.




Working Principle:

This Tube Filling and Sealing Machine LM-FWJ-B operates with PLC control, offering automated tube loading, internal cleaning (optional), filling, hot melt pressing, sealing, and coding. The tube is fed into the system, where it is automatically loaded, calibrated, and cleaned (if selected). The filling nozzle then dispenses the product, followed by a hot melt process at the tail of the tube, ensuring a secure seal. Afterward, the tail is cut, and the finished tube is discharged.
