Introduction:

LIENM Automatic High-Viscosity Liquid Filling and Capping Machine is specially engineered for high-viscosity products such as Vaseline, pomade, body butter, and thick cosmetic creams. Equipped with an automatic turntable bottle feeder at the front and a bottle collecting turntable at the end, the line ensures continuous and efficient production. With integrated filling, capping, and labeling functions, it offers a hygienic, space-saving, and reliable solution for mid to large-scale operations in the cosmetics, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries.




Working Principle:

The High-Viscosity Liquid Filling and Capping Machine draws viscous product via servo-controlled piston pumps, filling the jars or tubes through anti-drip nozzles. Bottles are conveyed through automatic capping and labeling stations, ensuring a seamless and efficient packaging process. Integrated sensors detect bottle presence to trigger accurate dosing and capping.
