Combining advanced overseas emulsifier experience with domestic feedback, this semi-automatic machine features vacuum and fixed liquid level filling methods to ensure consistent liquid levels regardless of bottle base thickness. The 4 filling heads operate simultaneously with pneumatic lifting controlled by sensors, improving filling efficiency while reducing labor intensity. Working Principle:
LIENM Automatic Perfume Filling and Crimping Line uses negative pressure vacuum filling to measure filling volume according to liquid level, combined with fixed liquid level technology to maintain uniform levels in bottles of varying base thickness. Filling heads pneumatically lift up and down automatically with sensors controlling the process. Overflow liquid is collected in a recycle tank to be reused, minimizing waste. The system is electrically driven with pneumatic control for precision and reliability.
