Introduction:

The LIENM Automatic linear Viscous Liquid Filling Machine LM-SRG-A is specially engineered for high-viscosity liquids such as lotions, creams, and cosmetic products. Developed by combining international filling technology with local user feedback, this versatile system ensures clean, accurate, and efficient production—ideal for cosmetic, personal care, and household liquid manufacturing.




Working Principle:

This Automatic Linear Filling Machine LM-SRG-A uses a servo-controlled or piston-driven filling system with a high-precision pump for viscous product handling. Bottles are automatically positioned, filled, and capped through a streamlined conveyor line. Touchscreen control allows real-time adjustments of volume, speed, and timing to meet different production needs.

All contact parts are made from SUS316L stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and compliance with GMP requirements. The machine frame is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, providing long-lasting structural integrity.
