Working Principle:

The Automatic Paste Filling and Capping Machine LM-SRG-B15 features an integrated linear working line. Bottles are clamped and guided through the stages of air cleaning, filling, cap pressing, and sealing. Operators control the process through a touchscreen interface. A servo-driven or pneumatic pump dispenses the pre-set volume of product from the hopper into each bottle. The machine operates under consistent working pressure, ensuring clean, accurate, and repeatable fills.
