Working Principle:

This Rotary Liquid Filling and Capping Machine LM-SRG-B18 operates on a fully automatic system where bottles are transported along a conveyor to the filling station. Using an electric-driven pump and PLC control, the liquid or paste is precisely dispensed into each bottle through filling nozzles. After filling, bottles move to the capping station where caps are automatically placed and tightened. The entire process is controlled by a touch screen for real-time monitoring and adjustments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
